Fernández
Founder
Half Spanish, half British, and a citizen of the world. He has worked and lived in more than 20 countries in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Africa and LATAM. A lawyer by trade, very early in his career he evolved into business development and business management having created several startups and spinoffs. During his business career, Alexi found there was something missing that impeded business managers to achieve their full potential and this reframed his focus. Today he blends his business experience with his work as a Conscious Leadership Developer, an Executive, and Team Coach, a Yoga Teacher, and a Transformation and Innovation advisor to help people, teams and businesses, shift from reactive to creative. Alexi is a visionary and an innovator, he believes the world can become a better place through human transformation. Apart from his work as a VUCA Shifter he has created several projects such as the City of Consciousness. A Real Estate project focused on creating a world where humans and nature are at the center. A place where we become more aware of who we are and the relationships we want with others and the environment.

Rovelli
Founder
Husband and father of 4. Lived most of his life in Europe worked in various roles in international business consulting across Europe and North America. Started his career in consultancy always focused on transformation/re-engineering, moving from coding to customer relationship and management. Paolo participated in cultural transformation and operational excellence operations where listening and empowering people created a boost in self confidence and personal transformation always connected with business impact and success. He decided to shift from processes to people and relationship, from tasks to motivation and behaviors. Paolo collaborates with consultancy businesses to bring value-based leadership, self and business awareness into individuals and teams. Paolo is a creative and an innovator, he believes inspiration, trust and internal motivation are to be nurtured from adolescence. In line with his purpose he co-creates projects and communities focused on interconnection and interdependence, convinced of the power of relationships and wE shifter.
